BEFORE INTERVIEW MAKE SURE YOU SCREENED THE APP WELL.
On the APPLICATION — We’re looking for… Them to complete the form, pay req. is in the range, they are AVAILABLE when we need them, they have a car that is decent, work history isn’t shady…
About THEM we’re looking for… Are they the kind of person you’d send to a $1m house? Do they have LIFE ENRGY AND LIFE FORCE? Based just off their app, social and answers, do they have leadership potential? Do they seem intelligent? Like Go-Getters? Are they unbusy — or would their hobbies/life/family/etc. hinder their abilities to work with us?
On their socials… Are they posting stuff that is appropriate for clients to see? Are they overly political? Are they angry and ranting on their socials? Do they seem depressed/anxious/etc. on their socials? Are they fit and in-shape enough to do the job well? From what you can tell, do they have healthy relationships — is their partner a good person?
As best as you can tell BEFORE talking to them — Can they work independently - self motivated, managed, disciplined - either by what they do now, or by completing college, or something? (Really, you can see all sorts of things in a person's profile).
