Question: What do you charge for training? How much does training cost? How much for a lesson? Etc…
Explanation: All these questions are really trying to get to one thing and that is the price. We don’t want to give out the price without talking to the person because price without explanation turns us into a commodity. This means that when they hear our price, they go compare it to everyone else and try to find the cheapest. Cheapest isn’t the best here.
Reply: “Hey (name)! Thanks for reaching out. Pricing really depends on a number or factors and without speaking to you it is hard to give a quote. Would you mind replying with your number and I can reach out real quick to answer all your questions and give you more info?”
Question: Tell me more about your business.
Explanation: These people are really just trying to get some general info.
Reply: “Hey (name)! I would be happy to give you some more info. I would suggest you checkout our FAQ page on our site http://wonderdogtraining.com/faqs. Or if you send me your number I am happy to reach out and give you all the info you would like.”
Question: What are your hours?
Reply: Our office open Monday - Saturday. Our Dog Pros operate 10:30-6:30 Tuesday - Friday and 9-4 on Saturday.
Question: Do you use training tools?
Explanation: These people normally have their mind made up and they know what they are looking for. The only people who ask a question like this want to use positive reinforcement only.
Reply: We use positive and corrective stimuli to train dogs what to do and what NOT to do. We would be happy to chat with you and answer any questions you may have.
Question: What services do you offer?
Reply: “Hey (name)! We are an In-Home Dog Training company that specializes in In-Home Training. We come to your home and we train your dog in front of you. Then we have you train the dog in front of us. Then we give you weekly homework. This way we can add the behaviors you want and get rid of the behaviors you do not like. From there we take your dog in public during our Wonder Dog Tribe activities to make sure they can listen no matter what environment they are in.”
Question: "How much is it?" "What's the costs?" etc.
