Operant Conditioning For Eval Pro

As an Eval Pro you are not a Dog Pro and therefore do not need to do much when it comes to training. But we do want you to have a baseline of Operant Conditioning (How Dogs Learn) and then know how to defend your position if you ever encounter a Positive Only Trainer or a Client who thinks they want positive only.
