4) Send client referral gifts. 30 minutes/month.

Non-Recurring Events That Take Priority

1) Trainer/EP reschedules

2) On-boarding new hires

Note: When these pop up, bring on your other teammate who is on call to handle the calls so you can do this.

Daily List

1) Calls & Client Service

  • Missed Calls

  • New Leads

  • Texts

2) Check the info@wonderdogtraining.com Email

  • Reply to stuff that needs replying to

  • Delete the stuff that needs deleting

  • Pass off the stuff that needs passing

  • Unsubscribe from BS emails

  • Note: Email should be at 0 emails.

3) Payments/Sub Mgmt/Refunds

  • Collect payments from invoices on clients who owe

  • Cancel/edit the subscriptions of the people who want editing

  • Refund the people who ned refunding (GO BY THE LIST STEP-BY-STEP. DO NOT MISS A STEP.)

4) Calls to-do today list

5) Various Requests

  • Checking for people's subscriptions and emails

  • Invoicing for upgrades

  • Thumbtack Leads

Monthly Items:

All should be done right at Beginning of the Month.

2) Inventory - Need to make sure team members have the count by close of previous month and order is in in the first few days of the month.
