Clients Not Getting Tribe Emails
1) Pull up client account and double check they are for sure not getting the emails using the activity section on the side of their contact profile
If they are getting the emails, they are probably going to spam.
If they are NOT getting the emails, do the next steps.
2) Make sure they are actually signed up for a Tribe Membership by checking the backend of the Wonder Dog site.
3) Make sure they have the “Tribe - Premium” tag on their AC account.
If they aren’t, add it.
4) Make sure they are on the “WD Tribe Leads, Members and Ex-Members” list
If they aren’t, add it.
