When To Step In & Coach An Eval Pro
1) When they are slipping below the 80% closing ratio we shoot for
2) If they are not keeping a full calendar
3) They are not drumming up business in their local community, partnering with companies, etc.
4) They hit only their quota but don’t exceed it
5) Not following the script or doing admin
6) They start lacking drive or motivation
When To Fire An Eval Pro
1) If they close consistently under 70% for 2 weeks in a row it’s time for a review
2) The hit under their quota for 2 months in a row, paired with they are not out there drumming up business
3) They continually fail to meet sales goals
4) They continually don’t follow the script or skip admin
5) They continually don’t have a full calendar
6) They aren’t team players or willing to go above and beyond for the team
7) They continually lack drive and motivation
