What are the Major Terms in the Employee Agreement?

In your employee agreement with Wonder Dog, you are agreeing to:

• Let us use your likeness, voice, etc in any promotions.

• Return all Wonder Dog property.

• Keep our insider secrets, ways, methods, goals, plans, training program, standards, clients, vendors, internal conversations, etc a secret. That is, if we say it publicly, then so can you. If not, then keep it to yourself.

• Not solicit any of our people to work for you or go away with you to any other project, job or opportunity.

• Not solicit any of our clients for side training, side services, or any other venture that you have going.

• Not compete with our company in any way within a 40 mile radius from any city where Wonder Dog operates.

• All these terms plus what’s in the official, legal agreement for as long as you are employed by us and extending to 12 months from the date of departure.
