What to Do When Someone Wants to Reschedule

1) Acknowledge we can cancel

If no reason given ask if there is anything you can help them with.

2) Try to reschedule them right then and there.

If They Do Reschedule…

1) Change it on the calendar

2) Change the date in AC to the new eval date.

If they DO NOT Reschedule…

1) Ask when you can follow-up with them about rescheduling, then set a contact task.

2) Note in AC on cancellation, why they cancelled, FU time and your name

3) Remove it on the calendar or change spot back to CS

4) Remove the Eval Date from the Eval Date field in deal info section, remove the eval location and Eval Pro

5) Change the call info “Call Result” field to ‘Eval Set >> Cancelled/NCNS >> NOT Rescheduled’ and leave the rest of the info filled in (Setter Name and Eval Booked Date) stay filled in

5) Change tag to T1

What To Do When Someone No Calls No Shows An Eval

1 - Leave a VM — Let them know you will try again in ten minutes

2 - Send a text

3 - Change their tag to a T1 (Remove any other T tag)

4 - Add a note saying they NCNS, date, and your name

5 - Set reminder to call the next day to try to set the appt again
