Schedule Tips

1) Plan the appointments back to back when possible.

2) Schedule based off parts of town. Know your parts of town. In certain locations you can get anywhere in 30 minutes. However if there is a part of town that takes 45 minutes to get to, make sure you leave adequate drive time.

3) Keep Saturday and 5:30 weekday spots available for only people who can ONLY meet with us then. These spots are prime time golden hours and should be reserved as they are very limited!

4) Formatting: Part of Town First name + Last name Evaluation. Make the color red so it is easily identifiable. Example: Cordova Corey McDaniel Evaluation
