Remote Collar Warranty
Clients on the On-Leash PLUS or the Off-Leash program get a remote collar.
Rarely these collars break. If they do, we will do a free exchange if the collar breaks before a year.
If it is after a year, then they need to send the collar back to the manufacturer.
If a replaced collar malfunctions, have them contact the manufacturer. We only replace the collar once for free.
