If we get a deal from a network partner we need to add it in to keep track of the revenue and deals each relationship is benefitting us!

When a deal comes in, do this:

1) Add Deal to the account

  • Give deal title, fill out revenue, Contact name

    • Add deal

  • Click Name of Client

    • Change “Status” from “Open” to “Won”

      • Save Changes

2) Go to bottom of the Account Info and click the “Amount of Deals Sent to Us”

  • Add revenue

    • Note: If there is already revenue in there, add the revenue of the current deal to the amount that was in the field!

Part of Town Memphis

These selections are based on the 4 major streets in the Memphis area.

Part of Town Nashville

Nashville is a far more complex city so we broke the city into 4 directions, North, going clockwise to West…starting in downtown Nashville and going outward in a V-shaped pattern.

So the “North V of Nashville” is a 45 degree area starting in downtown and working itself outward.  Outside of north Nashville is Hendersonville & Goodlettsville…and so forth around the city clockwise.
