Mission of the Job:

To create a network of the best dog industry professionals with the goal of sharing clients/leads/etc back and forth!

Daily Tasks:

-Prioritize & plan your day, update the calendar for the day and the day before

-Fill out Daily Spreadsheet

-Update Admin for the network partners

-Go do the networking based on your plans and priorities

Weekly Tasks:

-Beginning of week: Plan week out. Travel, who you’re going to see, etc.

-Pull lead/deal data to see who is rerferring

-Follow up with Missed Deals

-Count up networking inventory - Put on spreadsheet

  • Make inventory order when necessary

Monthly Priorities:

-Lookup the dog related events in the cities you oversee and sign us up

  • Lookup events into the future as well (homeshows, dog events, Southern Women’s Show)

-Pull your monthly numbers and compile data on who the best partners are

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs AKA how we measure your success):

-3+ networking deals a week brought in (which averages to 12 a month)

-3+ referral meals delivered a week (which averages to 12 a month)

  • All referral partners are rewarded within 7-10 days of their referral

-3 Lunch & Learns a week planned

Job responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):

-Building and managing relationships with other dog related vendors and adjacent businesses (apartments, floor cleaners, etc.)

-Actual sales appointments with clients

-Booking prospects in for sales appts via phone

-Reward network partners for sending us referrals

-Manage networking inventory materials

-Helping plan and host events for clients

-Helping setup and work booths at shows and events

-Cold call industry professionals and cold approach people at dog parks

-Anything else we ask of you to forward the company
