You try to close them and get them to buy the solution that is best for them…
You try the calendar close and it doesn’t work for some reason…
The next best thing is to plan a time for you two to get on the phone again together.
So say something like this…
“Instead of me just calling you randomly when I am free, when is the best time to get you on the phone after you think about it/talk about it/etc.? I’m pretty busy and you getting signed up is important to me. So when is the best time to check back in?”
Schedule the call by putting it in your calendar. I do a format like this… “Corey McDaniel X Wonder Dog Check-In”
BONUS: Use their email and send them an email invite to the follow up call.
“Alright. I got that scheduled in and sent you an email invite to that call. If you do decide you’d like to get signed up for the program, we would need about 15-20 minutes. What the process looks like from here is… getting your training scheduled, getting your invoice paid and getting you setup on the portal and getting you access to the games and events.”
Follow up. Close.
